Q.  Can I get married on the beach?

A.   Yes! All of our beaches are public property. Some areas are, however, more accommodating than others. For help in selecting the perfect spot, download our wedding information sheet here.


Q.  How do I obtain a State of Florida marriage license?

A.   A marriage license can be obtained simply by visiting any county courthouse in the state of Florida. The closest one is located in nearby Port St. Joe. For complete details and requirements, download our wedding information sheet here.


Q.  Who can perform the marriage ceremony?

A.   Either an ordained minister or a Florida notary public may perform a wedding ceremony in the State of Florida. For a list of local officiants, click here.


Q.  Are catering, entertainment, and floral services available?

A.   Absolutely! Mexico Beach boasts some of the finest wedding-related service providers you will find. You can find a list of our event vendors here.


Q.  Is there anything else I need to know?
